5. What is the policy on refunds?

We'd like you to be very pleased with the Charity Vouchers service.  In the unlikely event that you have any complaints or problems with your order, please contact us and we'll always do our best to resolve them. 

If you are still unhappy with your order or wish to cancel it for any reason at all, you may return the unused vouchers and cards to us free of charge, within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund by posting them to: Charity Vouchers, FREEPOST ANG30362, Burnham Thorpe, King's Lynn, PE31 8BR.

To return e-vouchers please 'reply' to us with a covering message and we will cancel the voucher's unique identification number and refund your money in full.
