10. Will the donor receive a letter of acknowledgement from the charity they choose?

When the user redeems a voucher, they are also invited to give their address and ask for an acknowledgement from their chosen charity. We regret that we cannot guarantee that all charities will provide an acknowledgement but most will be glad to so. Alternatively, by simply leaving the name and address sections blank, donations may be made anonymously.

Donors who provide their name and address to receive an acknowledgement can also request, separately, to be added to their chosen charity's general mailing list.

Donors who would like to have an acknowledgement, but who do not wish the charity to incur the costs involved in writing and posting a letter, may wish to receive an acknowlegement by email instead. In this case they can simply complete the email address section and leave the address section blank.
