16. I live outside the UK. How can I redeem my voucher?

The easiest way is to redeem it on-line via our website.  The Charity Voucher scheme was primarily set up for UK charities but we are sometimes able to donate the value of vouchers for overseas or international charities.  The charity chosen must have an online donation facility and be clearly identifiable as having a charitable purpose.   We regret that we are not able to make payments by IBAN/BACS at present, due to the high transaction costs.   Please contact us for more information.
